During her tenue, Winnie created, executed and enhanced business strategies including large scale strategic change initiatives, training and design, communications, program management, coaching and organizational development.  As the national Director of Learning and Development for Bovis Lend Lease, Winnie designed and executed eight multi-module leadership programs in partnership with Columbia Business School, coached senior executives and managed projects in the areas of leadership development, talent management and HR alignment. Winnie received her bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University, and holds her master’s degree in social work from Columbia University.  She is certified in MBTI, the Hogan Assessment and Social Styles.  She lives in a Harlem brownstone with her husband and three daughters.
