Prior to beginning her coaching career Jeanie spent 20+ years in business roles including finance, marketing, strategy consulting and leadership development with companies including Nestle, Russell Reynolds Associates and Prophet. Jeanie has a BA in International Relations from Stanford, an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern and a Masters in Counseling from Dominican University. She is certified in several 360 and diagnostic instruments, including Leadership Circle, and is a certified Growth Edge Coach, Ashridge Accredited Supervisor and iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner.
