Erin is passionate about the success of organizations through the growth and development of their people. As an executive coach and advisor, she empowers leaders to create sustainable change and improvements for themselves, energizing their organization, inspiring their teams and achieving results. Erin has worked with a diverse group of leaders across the biotech, financial, government, management consulting, private equity and technology industries. Her clients consistently appreciate her ability to quickly understand the environment in which they operate, using her diverse consulting background. Known as a trusted advisor, she blends her extensive business background with leadership coaching principles, serving as a thought partner, and sounding board to the executives she works with.Erin has a proven track record of enabling her clients to strengthen their leadership presence, communicate with more impact across a variety of situations, and create more alignment with their teams, peers and key stakeholders. Erin holds an MBA from George Washington University, a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech, and her certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She received her certification in VOICES® 360º Feedback Facilitation and Coaching, and she completed coursework in behavioral therapy and mindfulness and now applies these techniques to her coaching engagements. Erin is well-versed in a variety of coaching assessments and tools, deploying them as needed on engagements. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the global Georgetown ITL Network, The Center for Association Leadership (ASAE), and the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
