Erin holds an MBA from George Washington University, a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech, and her certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She received her certification in VOICES® 360º Feedback Facilitation and Coaching, and she completed coursework in behavioral therapy and mindfulness and now applies these techniques to her coaching engagements. Erin is well-versed in a variety of coaching assessments and tools, deploying them as needed on engagements. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the global Georgetown ITL Network, The Center for Association Leadership (ASAE), and the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
