Amy Gleklen

Amy is a leadership coach with extensive experience coaching senior and emerging global leaders and intact teams in the corporate, professional services, small business, federal, and nonprofit sectors. She has coached dozens of C-suite executives of companies ranging from small businesses to billion-dollar organizations. Her coaching approach builds on twenty-five years of leadership experience in a variety of functional areas including finance, sales, and operations at organizations ranging from Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Biden for President, to Compass, a DC-based nonprofit. Amy has served as faculty and coach for participants in global leadership development programs and has coached numerous students and professionals through Wharton leadership programs. Amy is one of a select group of coaches recommended by the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Career Services and the Wharton MBA Alumni Career Management Office. She also has led peer groups and corporate leadership trainings nationally focused on communication, relationship building and presentation skills. She has developed, spoken on and led a variety of trainings and webinars on leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication, and career development issues. Amy received both her MBA and a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and combines her business education with a MS in Counseling from Johns Hopkins and a leadership coaching certification through Georgetown University. She is a PCC ICF certified coach and is certified in a variety of assessments including the Leadership Circle 360, Myers-Briggs, Hogan, EQ-i and Strong Interest Inventory.
