Erin is a leadership coach and management consultant, who combines her sharp business acumen and leadership development knowledge to bring a signature approach in producing results for her clients. She has extensive experience in leading companies through change, optimizing operations and driving long-term value. Her specialties include executive coaching, change management, talent management, organizational design, operational effectiveness, performance measurement and strategic planning. Erin has worked with and coached at a diverse group of organizations, including the Federal Government, Fortune 500 companies, professional services firms, small businesses and non-profit organizations. Erin works with executives in a variety of ways: coaching in one-on-one and group settings, through consulting projects, facilitating team-building events and serving as faculty in leadership development programs. Erin coaches her clients to strengthen critical leadership skills, build stronger teams and improve stakeholder relationships. Her clients enhance leadership presence, prepare and on-board into more senior level positions, and build stronger and more aligned leadership teams. Erin is known for her ability to establish a trusted rapport with her clients and is skilled in delivering stakeholder feedback.   Erin holds an MBA from George Washington University, a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. She received her certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is certified in VOICES® 360º Feedback Facilitation and Coaching. Erin serves as an advisory board member to RIVA Solutions, Inc., and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
