Steve Leichtman


Steve is an executive coach who leverages his management consulting and leadership development background to assist leaders and companies achieve business results through building individual and organizational effectiveness. As part of his coaching practice, Steve assists a diverse set of functional leaders and senior-level executives in meeting their development goals. His clients benefit from a structured and results-oriented approach, which reflects Steve’s deep understanding of what really works for leaders who successfully grow their skills to address changing circumstances. Steve has been a member of executive teams responsible for creating and executing strategy in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. As a Vice President at Fidelity Investments, Steve served in both Corporate and Business Unit leadership roles, where he provided executive coaching and leadership development support to senior executives and their teams. As Vice President of Organization Effectiveness at Tufts Health Plan, Steve headed Executive and Leadership Development, Management Training and Internal Communications, and served as an executive coach to several members of the executive team their direct reports. Prior to his focus on leadership development, Steve provided business coaching and counsel to senior executives as a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting, Bain and Company, and Associates for International Research. Steve holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, and an undergraduate degree from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
