WHAT CLIENTS SAY

“I have had many 360’s over the years and I have to say that I would wish for every person that they have someone as insightful, delicate in delivery yet direct, compassionate and approachable as Nayla. That is truly what can help our leaders in their development.”
Senior Global Director, Customer Enablement, Medical Diagnostics

“Nayla is someone I have immense respect for, and I greatly appreciate her investment in me. Nayla provided exactly the type of coaching experience I had hoped to receive, and I would highly recommend her as an executive coach. With her help, I learned how to use and employ my strengths rather than being victim to them (passion and intensity come to mind), and how to focus on more strategic priorities vs. tactical objectives alone, and how to communicate with my leaders so they understand what I’m doing. I truly don’t know what else she could have done to make this experience more valuable.”
Director of Sales, Software Company

“I so very much appreciate the commitment, compassion and realness that Nayla has brought to my coaching. This level of partnership is a new experience for me and having someone challenge my thinking and approach our work in a way that allows me to learn and be better, more confident, more effective is worth its weight in gold.”
EVP Operations, Retail

“I just wanted to say how insightful it has been to have Nayla as a partner for my 360, especially two years in a row. I would say that especially this year having her insight and helping me dissect how I can be more impactful in my role, as well as helping me better articulate myself and communicate with my leadership team has been invaluable.”
