Devra is an executive coach and organizational consultant with over twenty years of experience working with high performing senior leaders and their teams in professional services, financial services, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, advertising, law, and higher education. Devra’s coaching approach is both insightful and action-oriented. Clients leave sessions with increased self-awareness and clarity and the courage to take on the often difficult work of change. Recent coaching engagements include Partners and Directors in a global management consulting firm; the EVP of Human Resources at a U.S. bank; Managing Directors at wealth management, private equity and venture capital firms; the VP of Corporate Strategy for a pharmaceutical company; the CEO of an advertising agency; and the COO of a law firm. Previously, Devra headed Leadership Development at Sanofi-Synthelabo (now Sanofi). Devra has a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in English from Brown University. She completed her coach training at the ICF-accredited International Coaching Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Organization and Systems Development.
