The situation

A pharma bio organization brought Paravis on board to develop the overall leadership capability of the organization by creating a leadership development program for rising leaders. Their hope was to design and deliver a year long, cohort based program to move the needle on each participant’s understanding of the business, their networks, and their growth as leaders.

Our approach

Our Paravis team worked in partnership with the Learning & Development team on a pilot program. We began by conducting a needs assessment to help determine key themes and competencies required and used the learning from the assessment to architect and design a one-year program. The program incorporated Paravis Partners’ proprietary content including: Strategic Thinking, Strategic Communications and Strategic Relationships. To ensure that the lessons and growth from the program were maintained by its participants, we worked with the client to develop a sustainability program following the LDP.

The impact

Two cohorts have now successfully completed the program and the client reports greater employee engagement and overall appreciation for the business.
