Terri Conti

Terri is a certified executive coach and organization development consultant. She has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of private and public sector organizations. Terri’s passion is developing leaders who can meet the challenge of complex and rapidly expanding organizations. A powerful coach, she works effectively with senior executives and managers in transition. She also works as a team coach, encouraging open dialogue and leading teams to high performance. Her style is supportive, bold, compassionate and direct. She draws on her prior experience as a corporate manager, her knowledge of effective leadership, and her in-depth understanding of organizational behavior. Terri’s coaching and consulting clients cite her analytical skills, business savvy and interpersonal skills as key differentiators. She worked for many years in the corporate world, directing the training and organization development functions for PRC (now part of Northrop Grumman) and leading change management engagements for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Terri holds an MBA in Organization Behavior and Development from George Washington University and a BS in Business and Management from the University of Maryland. A Certified Professional Coach through the Newfield Network, Terri has also studied somatic coaching with well-known leaders in the field. She has earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Hogan Leadership Forecast, the Leadership Circle, and a variety of 360 assessments.
