Pam Krulitz is an executive coach specializing in coaching senior and high potential leaders in technology-driven organizations who are making the transition to larger business leadership roles, requiring greater influencing skills, executive presence, political savvy and relationship building. She is known for her combination of executive leadership experience, business savvy and attentive listening style. Prior to coaching, Pam excelled in positions that ranged from hands-on technology to entrepreneurial business growth and executive leadership. Her accomplishments included leading an IT solutions start-up company to 30% annual growth and profitability for ten years. She and her partners sold the company in 1996 and successfully led it through the integration with the acquiring company. Pam holds a BS in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary and completed the Georgetown Leadership Coaching program. She is certified in numerous assessments including The Leadership Circle, the Hogan Leadership Forecast series, Myers-Briggs Type Instrument and the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 assessments.
