WHAT CLIENTS SAY

“My coaching goals were to be able to listen better and build relationships with my peers. Laura helped me break down those big goals into smaller ones that were easier for me to see and work on. I found her approach of “showing the way to the solution” rather than “showing the solution” to improve my own way of finding ways to work with people. This is not only created an impact on me personally, but also allowed me to better perform in my company.”   — VP, Information Services Company

“Laura was instrumental in helping me find my voice and not be afraid to ask for what I want. She shared with me something that I wrote down and still keep on my desk about reflection before communication; it continues to help me to this day. I appreciate our time together and am grateful to my company for allowing me to explore my best self. I received a promotion 8 months after we completed our work.” — Senior Director, F500 Pharmaceutical Company
