She received her certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is certified in VOICES® 360º Feedback Facilitation and Coaching. Erin is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Georgetown ITL Network. She also serves as President of the Board for an educational not-for-profit organization.
