Amy Jen Su is a Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Paravis Partners. She has a proven track record of helping senior leaders to build vision, voice, and followership while sustaining their personal best amidst organizational complexity and change. She is co-author, with Muriel Maignan Wilkins, of the Washington Post best seller and Harvard Business Review Press book, “Own the Room: Discover Your Signature Voice to Master Your Leadership Presence”. Additionally, she has written for the Harvard Business Review and Huffington Post blogs, Leader to Leader magazine, and has been interviewed by media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Spirit Magazine, and Newswire.FM. Amy most recently contributed to the HBR Guides to Managing Conflict at Work and Coaching Employees. Her previous business experience includes serving as a management consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton where she advised executives of consumer products companies on marketing and growth strategies, and as a strategic planner for Taco Bell Corp where she was instrumental in helping to launch Taco Bell into non-traditional points of distribution. Amy also served as an executive member of MsMoney – a small, entrepreneurial company focused on providing financial and work-life information to women. Amy holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and BA in Psychology from Stanford University, graduating from both with honors and distinctions. Her additional certifications in Integral coaching, yoga, and the Eastern philosophies provide for a unique, high impact, whole-person approach to leadership development.
